Terms of Service - DAOS Cakes

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the DAOS Cakes website or placing a cake inquiry with us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Cake Orders & Lead Times

All cakes are custom baked from scratch. Submitting an inquiry through our online Google Form does not constitute a confirmed booking until we contact you to confirm flavor availability, date capacity, and design specifications.

3. Payment Policy (Cash on Pickup)

DAOS Cakes does not process payments through this website. Payment is due in full in person upon pickup in cash (Cash Only).

4. Pickup & Safe Cake Transport

Pickups take place at our Smyrna, Georgia location within agreed time windows. Once a cake leaves our care and is handed over at pickup, the client assumes full responsibility for safe vehicle transport (we recommend the flat, level floorboard of an air-conditioned car, not a tilted car seat).

5. Allergen Advisory

Our bakery operates in a home kitchen environment where common allergens (including wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and peanuts) are present. While strict sanitary protocols are maintained, cross-contact may occur.
