Every cake at DAOS Cakes is baked from scratch to order in Smyrna, Georgia using unbleached soft winter wheat cake flour, Grade-AA sweet cream butter, cage-free eggs, and pure botanical extracts. We pair our sponges with low-sugar Swiss Meringue Buttercream, 54% Belgian dark chocolate ganache, scratch-simmered strawberry and raspberry compotes, and tangy Meyer lemon curd.
